Wooden Gutter Replacement

This project was a tough project for over the Christmas period as the weather did not help but with perseverance we managed to accomplish it. Again with the help from H Lee & Son woodyard and joinery in Ashbourne we source this wooden gutter which after treatment of creosote and bitumen is a decorative alternative to the plastic or cast iron look. On this Georgian house in Parwich at the bottom of the roof we’re Yorkshire slabs which had dropped and reset themselves, we cut the slabs back to correct the fall by restoring the antique gutter brackets.
